Ground Modelling

Construction and demolition activity generates significant volumes of arisings that may be incorporated back within the development scheme. 3R has the necessary skill sets to assess material types, volumes and provide an optimised 3D ground model to aid decision making. Typically ground modelling will allow an assessment of direct commercial implications (such as off-site, material disposal savings) and indirect commercial implications (such as ridge heights and retaining structures) thus allowing 3R and our clients to make informed decisions.
