Remediation Options Appraisal Report (R.O.A.R)

3R prepare a remediation options appraisal report following the development of a risk assessment for site. This document assesses all the relevant pollutant linkages and identifies feasible remediation options. A detailed evaluation of options is then carried out using all previous investigation reports available, enabling a remediation strategy to be developed. An implementation plan is prepared as part of this report, along with the implementation, verification and long-term monitoring of the scheme.

The ROAR report adheres closely to the Environment Agency guidance document CLR11 Guidance Procedures for the Management of Land Contamination.
