3R draws experience from a wide variety of educational and practical backgrounds and combine to form a well rounded team capable of managing the risks associated with brownfield land.

Paul Dalrymple

Paul joined the construction industry in 1970 and has experience of a wide range of business functions including site management, estimating and buying. Paul has worked with several blue chip clients on many high profile building and civil engineering projects. In 1998, Paul joined Anderson Group as Technical Manager, controlling all technical aspects of Anderson Group projects.

Paul’s breadth of industry experience and considerable knowledge of the remediation, recycling and contamination sector makes him ideally suited for the role of Business Development Manager at 3R.

Stuart Carroll

Technical Manager, responsible for operational issues and programme implementation at 3R.

Stuart has several years consultancy experience in areas such as environmental liability assessment, due diligence of brownfield land and remediation works.

Stuart has been involved in remediation projects that have ranged from gasworks, chemical works and landfills to trading facilities and commercial property.

Michael Judge

Michael brings invaluable practical and programme experience to the team and has over 20 years experience of working in brownfield land redevelopment including remediation supervision, groundworks & civil engineering and soil washing.

Ben Williams

General Manager, with full responsibility for all aspects of 3R’s business including health and safety, programming and staff management. Ben has several years consultancy and project management experience associated with environmental liability assessment, due diligence of brownfield land and remediation works. Importantly, he has a practical and technical understanding of the issues associated with brownfield land regeneration.

He has been responsible for the design, implementation and management of remediation strategies, as well as the negotiation and development of environmental performance criteria for a range of projects including gas works, chemical works, landfill, trading facilities and commercial property.

Rachael Martin

Rachael recently graduated with an MSc in Environmental Diagnostics and is heavily involved in a number of areas within the business. Her responsibilities include carrying out site investigation works and subsequent monitoring, management of ecology assessments and reports, licensing applications and managing R&D for new technology for the treatment of polluted/ contaminated materials and waste.

David Weller

Geotechnical Engineer, joined 3R in August 2007. Dave adds heavyweight geotechnical knowledge to the cutting edge environmental skills for which 3R are renowned. Dave joined the construction industry in the mid 1970's and has over ten years experience in his specialist area, working for a range of consultants.

Dave's role ranges from planning and implementing site investigations to geotechnical design. One of the aspects that attracted Dave to 3R is the more technically challenging work posed by the Anderson Group's speciality: the redevelopment of brownfield sites.
